I am working with a non-decoupled version of Seesaw1, and noticed that the mass matrices were not being correctly reproduced in SPheno. I later connected this with the definition of nuR, I had to define it with an additional conj:

SuperFields[[8]] = {v, 3, conj[vR], 0, 1, 1, RpM};
Out of curiosity, I checked if this had any impact on the original version, where the nuR decouple. I found that the only modification was to the RGEs. I guess this probably has a negligible effect on phenomenology (unless CPV is important, maybe?), but anyway, thought you'd like to know.
