Just in continuation, I was using the latest version of SARAH (4.8.6) and for CPV==True option when I had encountered this problem. So when you mention "that has been changed" does it mean that if I now download the same version, I won't have this issue?

I just see that this change is not yet in the public version. It will come with the next update.
