Error in configuring the toolbox-2.0.3

Dear Mark Goodsell and Werner Porod,
Hope you both are fine and doing well. I have some problem in configure toollbox-2.0.3. Could you please guide me how to fix this one. Please see below the error.

Dear Waqas,

this seems to be a problem of the Higgsbounds/HiggsSignals packages. I do get errors myself when trying to install
these packages but different ones. Thus, I cannot identify the source of your problem for the moment being.

Please note, that toolbox is not supported anymore as stated on the corresponding hepforge page. The main reason being that
two main contributors to this package have left the field.
