To have traces in a potential in SARAH, can we use trace[A,B,C,....]?

No, you need to write it in terms of Delta_ij.
See the triplet models for instance.

To make sure that I am in right direction, after starting a model in SARAH, Is there a command to write the potential in terms of doublets and triplets components?
(Since I am new with contraction in SARAH, I want to check it with manual calculation.)
