Dear Florian,
Thanks for your guide line. I try your suggestions with two different way to run MSSM and NHSSM . But the error are still there. Actually I used toolbox and manual both way. The Problem I understand is that. SARAH generate the Spheno code correctly. But when this code is used Spheno to generated executable file for the MSSM or NHSSM there is a problem. I try these two models in four PC by installing new toolbox and also run manually but I get the same error. Here I attached the whole MSSM model files and the code generated by SARAH. Kindly if you look again tell us how to solve this problem.

Thanking you.
Best regards,
Waqas

Hi,

as I said: I can't reproduce that problem. I was testing again with SPheno-4.0.2 and SARAH-4.12.1 and your model files. Everything works fine for me. I see that you used a quite old SARAH version (4.9.0). Maybe, an update helps...

Best,
Florian

Dear Florian,

Thanks now its working, you are right higher version can work correctly for our models.

Thanking you again.

Hi,
How can I calculate the ratio between max(Yb,Ytau)/min(Yb,Ytau). Yb= bottom yukawa coupling, Ytau= tau yukawa coupling.
and where is Yb and Ytau in spectrum file i am unable to locate it. and it is not attaching with mail

cheers,
Atif

Well... these blocks give the 3x3 Yukawa matrices. Without flavour violation, the (3,3) entries are the third generation couplings. If you want to include flavour violation (as you seem to do right), you need to diagonlise them. See 0801.0045 for more details.

Sorry, but I have no time to give here Mathematica lessons. Ask your supervisor or someone else from your institute.
