I would like to know how can I use LHPC code to plot my spectrum files. The reference you mentioned

says that to generate the "LhpcSpectrumPlotter.exe" file it's necessary to run make but in which directory should I run this command? If it it necessary first to download the code LHPC spectrum plotter where can I download it?
