Yukawa convention

Post by Abram » 18. Dec 2018, 11:19

Hi,

I am trying to implement a SUSY model where some of the Standard Model fermion masses are generated at one loop through non-holomorphic soft terms. The superfields carry additional U(1)' charges that prevent me from writing the Yd term in the superpotential. Now while trying to generate the SPheno files, I am getting errors while 'generating code for FlavorKit QFV observables' that complain about [hh, Fd, bar[Fd]] coupling and so on. Is there a way around this?

I tried the implementation in a different way, by keeping the Yd term in the superpotential and by including the additional charge quantum numbers as input. That generates the SPheno files and I can generate spectrum with proper charge assignments, but then, I have to put Yd=0 in the SPheno input file which I have so far been unable to do. I added the command to read Yd from input file in SPheno.m by {Yd, LHInput[Yd]}, It does not seem to work because of the boundary condition checks.

Any suggestions would be of great help. Thanks in advance.

With Regards,
Abram

Hi,

no, I don't think that there is a chance to implement that in SPheno without modifying the source code by hand. SPheno always assume that all Yukawas are present at tree-level.

Sorry,
Florian
