Yukawa interaction convention

Looking at the SM model file yukawa interactions:

LagHC = -( Yd conj[H2].d.q + Ye conj[H2].e.l + Yu H2.u.q)

The term Yu H2.u.q is not SU(2) invariant unless there is a i\sigma 2 between the H2 and the q. Is this implicit in here?

SARAH automatically contracts all gauge indices, i.e. also Delta_\alpha\beta for the quark colours is implicit. See also http://stauby.de/sarah_wiki/index.php?t ... ontraction
