VLQ

Hi,
I'm sorry for bothering you again, but I've tried to do it by my own without successful results.
Following this reference https://arxiv.org/pdf/1212.3045.pdf, specifically Section 4, I want to implement the model they discuss. However, I've not been able to implement the "Vector-like Quark" Psi (SU(2) doublet with hypercharge 7/6) appropriately.
Could you address me about how to do it?

Thank you so much,
Sebastian

Hi,

that doesn't work because vector bosons are always connected to gauge groups. Thus, you will need to start with a SU(4) for instance which gets broken keeping a SU(3) subgroup unbroken. That's not (yet) officially supported in SARAH. Some improvement in this direction should follow in the not too far future.

Cheers,
Florian
