Can we include effective operator in SARAH to generate processes?

No. SARAH is restricted to renormalisable models. Otherwise, it would not be possible to provide the possibility of an automatic calculation of RGEs and loop-corrections. See also http://stauby.de/sarah_wiki/index.php?t ... ted_Models for more details.
